Train and Eat, Don't Exercise and Diet

Rich Beckermeyer November 17, 2014

Is it that simple? Does changing the language a person uses to describe how they are approach health really improve the mind set of all involved? I took it upon myself to ask a few people I know these questions.

What they told me that matters most is the doing, the daily grind toward a more healthy self. Set yourself up for success by drinking water, getting enough sleep and doing at least 45 minutes of cardio daily.

I like to hike. You might like to bike or row or play tennis. Whatever it is, be active and you will see results over the long term. Just stick with it.
